#Lesson 1
This morning while my daughter played with her poh poh, my hubby and I realized that she bends her knees to put items into poh poh's hand (which is positioned lower than her reach) every single time. To us, it looked funny and cute and so we asked, "Dear, why do you bend like that?"
And then it hit me, she is doing it right. It was us who tend to bend our backs that are wrong. Here we were, correcting something which was right because we believed it should be so. This is typical of our lives where if we had paused and chose to reflect, we will find that sometimes, there are things we can learn from those we least expect to learn from.

The question now would be, is this in born, a bad habit or something else? How can I learn to not frown?
